Our Seniors Savings Club is designed to provide greater access to quality dental care. This is NOT DENTAL INSURANCE, it is BETTER. For less cost than most insurance plans, you will receive great discounts without all the hassles of dental insurance.
Senior Savings Club:
- For Seniors age 65 and over who are not covered by any dental insurance plans.
- Not to be combined with any other offers or discounts
- Must be paid in full prior to service to be used
- This is NOT DENTAL INSURANCE
- May not be used with financing plans such as Care Credit
- All fees must be paid in full at the time of service to take advantage of the discounts offered
- The membership is renewable on a yearly basis
- Membership is Non-Refundable
- All benefits must be used in the 12 month period after the membership is paid in full
- The plan is offered to all patients of record and new patients, over the age of 65
- All treatment provided is by the Doctors and employees of Craig C. Callen, D.D.S. and associates. It is up to the discretion of the doctor if any treatment needs to be referred to a specialist. This discount is not good with referrals
- The annual fee cannot be financed. We reserve the right to modify, change, and discontinue the plan, fees and terms at the company’s option upon written notification prior to renewal
- If the plan lapses, there may be a reinstatement fee of $50.

- 2 Dental cleanings (absent infection)
- 1 Exam
- 1 Emergency Exam
- 2 Velscope Oral Cancer Exams
- Bitewing and PA X-Rays as needed
- 2 Fluoride treatments
